The Human Rights Institute (HRIUI), operating under the Vice Presidency for Research and Technology of the University of Isfahan, is dedicated to the production of applied knowledge in the field of human rights. Adopting an interdisciplinary and multicultural approach, the group critically analyzes human rights challenges at the international level and, within the framework of international standards, offers scholarly and context-sensitive interpretations that are responsive to cultural diversity.

A collective of professors, students, and researchers based at the University of Isfahan, engaged in sustained academic and practical collaboration with scholarly and research communities from across the world, dedicated to the expansion and deepening of applied human rights studies.

Our Mission

To advance and deepen human rights discourse through rigorous, multidimensional, and innovative research grounded in academic excellence, while remaining firmly committed to the universal and internationally recognized principles and norms of human rights.

What We Do

The production of scholarly and research outputs; the organization of international conferences and specialized sessions; the publication of academic journals; and the design and implementation of educational programs and innovative research initiatives in the field of human rights.
